Public Surf Classes

A group surf is the most fun you can have on Jacksonville Beach, Florida!  Surfing is a great way to try something new or to help fill-up your "bucket list."  We have mature adults, school kids, and people of all ages surfing in our classes.  All the equipment included with your class.  It's never too late to start surfing!  Let us show you. 

Beginner classes held on weekends at 12:00pm throughout the year. We will concentrate on basics of the surfing in our 90 Min Beginner Class or you come surfing with us on a regular basis to get better and stay safe in the water.  A JSP group surf lesson is great place to bring your friends or meet new people. All ages welcome. This is the first place to start or start over with surfing. This is one of our most popular session types.  Held multiple times per month all year long.

Intermediate classes held on select weekends 9:00am throughout the year. This is the next step, its a 90 Min Class where surfers will work on paddling out, board maneuvering and in depth surfing techniques.  We build on strengths and focus on becoming more comfortable on our boards.  This session is where you have "graduated" from our Beginner Group Surf Lesson and want to test your skills at the next level.  We will do more in depth intermediate beach demos and skill assessments.  You will have opportunities to ask questions about your surfing.
